The two most effective Ayurvedic Remedies for Dry Hair are as follows:

Remedy 1: Egg & Lemon

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 2nos
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Olive or Almond oil – 2 tsp

How to Apply:

  • Mix all the ingredients in bowl to form a thick oil paste.
  • Apply the paste on your scalp and massage with your fingertips gently.
  • Leave it for some time. Wash your hair later on with a shampoo thoroughly.
  • Make sure you use lukewarm water.

Remedy 2: Coconut Oil & Curry leaves

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Oil - 2tsp
  • Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves

How to Apply:

  • In a container pour coconut oil.
  • Add curry leaves and heat for 5 minutes.
  • Allow it cool for some time.
  • Make a paste of above mixture.
  • Apply paste on hair scalp and massage it thoroughly in circular motions.
  • Cover your hair with wet towel and leave it for couple of time.
  • Shampoo your hair later on.
Notes:
You can also opt for Honey with the egg & lemon mixture.
