  • Aloe Vera contains potentially active elements. Aloe Vera comprises of antioxidant vitamins like A, E and C. Free radicals are neutralized by these antioxidants.
  • Aloe Vera has anti -inflammatory properties. It also has many vitamins, minerals and enzymes that make it the best for multi-purpose use.
  • Aloe Vera can be ingested orally as aloe gel or by making juice out of it. Aloe Vera leaves are made up of latex and gel. Latex is obtained just beneath the leafy part of leave and the gel is obtained from center of leave.

  3. With help of spoon remove the aloe gel. To make one glass juice take 2 spoons of gel.
  4. Then blend this gel till you get a smooth juice without lumps.
  5. Once you get it the juice is ready.

  • You should consume aloe juice at morning.
  • This will help the nutrients to get absorbed easily.
  • Drink this juice 20 minutes before your meals.
  • This will give enough time for enzymes to break down easily and get absorbed.
