Thus you will be able to eat more food and eat till your heart is full. You reduce the table salt in your diet. You may also lower down the amount of salt in your food day by day or gradually. This will lower down your craze of consuming more salt. Once you start consuming more salt your body becomes habitual to these things.

10. Ginger-Cardamom Tea
